Moldovan believers have a strong heart for the Lord and have worked many hours of volunteer labor and sacrifice to see the Seminary building remodeled. In their local churches, they give of their time, labor, prayer, and are taught to give tithe and offering to the Lord. Incomes range from $40 to $100 dollars a month for workers, less for many including farmers. The need exist for many to have a second way to produce income. Many organizations send relief to this nation and the Pentecostal Union headquarters receives and distributes much of this aid.

To effectively train students and reach Moldova for Jesus, we have made a stand of faith before the Lord. "The battle is mine thus sayeth the Lord" is true. We are His warriors and rely on Him for victories in winning the lost. To effectively reach the lost we stand in faith that as we help young men and women "study to show themselves approved unto God," He will help meet the needs to continue this effective ministry.     Like other missions, regular support for expenses, outreach, and sponsorship for graduating students, to effectively go to the ministry field, is needed. Unexpected needs and growth are all part of the challenge of faith. The first phase of the remodel of the new building for the Seminary is near an end and the last phase we hope to finish. With this we have many new one time needs; desk, teaching props, copier, and finish items.

We respect and thank God for people who give to His works through out the world. Many give out of sacrifice or abundance to see the utter most parts of the world reached for Jesus. Students learn through long hours of practical experience the working of the ministries of music, preaching, street evangelism, new church planting, and personal encounters. Their summers are spent evangelizing villages by helping in established start up churches, and areas marked for new churches. This discipleship has helped to bring about the effective outreach to plant new village churches, ministry growth in new village churches, help in evangelism in older established churches, and growth in Philadelphia Church, Chisinau.
