THE OPENING OF A NEW SCHOOL YEAR AT CHRISTIAN SCHOOL AND SEMINARY

By the grace of God the day of September 3rd, was an unforgettable celebration that was awaited both by the teachers and by the students of the Christian School and Kindergarten. The first Christian school in Republic of Moldova started this school year with 60 children with the ages from 5 to 10 years. The educational program of the school has a spiritual base and is practically oriented to the fulfillment of the great task of changing the life. The school has four profiles: design, computers, foreign languages and music. The children are encouraged according to their abilities and gifting to focus of one of these areas. The success of teachers work is cooperation between family and church. We are working altogether to model not just their behavior, but also their attitude, as the Bible teaches us.

In the same day, September 3rd, the Bible School opened with 52 students enrolled, of which 20 were first year students. It was so wonderful to see this new generation of evangelists and church planters full of zeal to reach Moldova and the whole world for Jesus.

For one student in particular God had answered his need miraculously. Ghena Popovich had been very ill following a liver surgery here in Moldova. His lungs were filling with fluid and the infection was all through his body. Seeing that his situation was very bad, the school leadership visited him and prayed for him anointing him in the name of the Lord. The next week, school opened, and Ghena was present for that opening. Hallelujah! God had touched this young man and healed him. He continues to be in school today. We thank the Lord for His divine intervention, as well as for all of his provision for the needs of the Seminary.
